Join us at the Fort at No. 4 as we again revisit this timeless tradition at our own Thanksgiving Feast.

The menu, appropriate to an 18th Century household, includes hot cider, cheese and crackers, roast turkey with cornbread and sausage stuffing, chicken pie, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, mashed squash, creamed onions, cranberry sauce, and freshly baked breads. Desserts will consist of steamed pudding, marlboro, mincemeat, and pumpkin pies. Also served at this event is coffee, tea and water, or feel free to bring your own wine or beverage and glasses to complement the feast.

Two sittings are planned, at noon, and 4:00 p.m. and the meal is served by wait staff dressed in 18th century attire. Fort volunteers will be on hand to add to the festivities.

Pricing And Reservations

Prices include the entire meal with dessert, beverages, tax, and gratuity. The cost is $50.00 per adult, $25.00 for children ages 5 to 12, and $10.00 for tots between 2 and 4. Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis due to limited seating and the popularity of this program. Payment is required upon registration. Sorry due to having to pay for the event in advance, there are no refunds for cancellations.

Individual buildings in the Fort may be reserved for private parties at an additional fee of $100.00 per seating. There is a minimum number of 10 patrons required when reserving fort homes. Please call us for more details and availability.

To Complement Your Experience

Children and an accompanying adult can enjoy the lighter side of the holidays by participating in a special craft activity between 1:15 and 2:15 p.m. for the first seating and between 5:15 and 6:15 p.m. for the second seating.

Additional Notes

Please note that the Great Hall is reached by climbing steep stairs. If stairs are difficult, please note on your reservation so accommodations can be made. The dinner is held regardless of the weather. Please dress warmly in several layers. Buildings are heated with fireplaces and heaters however temperatures are prone to fluctuate.
